Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, assisting with product inquiries, and resolving any issues or concerns
- Manage store presentation by organizing merchandise, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring products are properly displayed
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment, price checking, and inventory counts
- Follow store policies and procedures regarding security, safety, and loss prevention
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain excellent store standards
- Stay updated on product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills
Kualifikasi
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with learning new systems
- Reliability and punctuality with a strong work ethic
