Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for real estate and retail? AEON Mall is looking for a dynamic Tenant Leasing Senior Staff to join our team at the prestigious AEON Mall BSD City. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for proactively approaching and engaging prospective tenants to drive the mall's commercial success.
As the face of the mall, you will contribute significantly to achieving aggressive leasing budgets and high occupancy targets. You will leverage your strategic mindset to analyze market trends, identify potential retail partners, and negotiate lease agreements that benefit both the tenant and the mall. We are seeking an individual who excels in building relationships, possesses strong negotiation skills, and is eager to help shape the vibrant shopping landscape in Tangerang.
Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and approach prospective retail tenants to secure prime leasing opportunities.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop effective leasing strategies.
- Negotiate and finalize lease agreements, ensuring terms align with company goals and budget.
- Manage relationships with existing tenants to ensure high retention rates and satisfaction.
- Prepare and present leasing proposals, market reports, and performance data to management.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing and construction, to facilitate smooth tenant onboarding.
- Monitor and report on leasing progress against annual targets and budgets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial leasing, property management, or retail sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and leasing targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical abilities with a keen eye for market opportunities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Valid driving license is an advantage.
