Tanggung Jawab
- Manage tenant lifecycle from move-in to move-out, including lease agreements, renewals, and terminations
- Act as primary point of contact for tenant inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with lease terms and quality standards
- Coordinate maintenance schedules with vendors and track completion timelines
- Implement tenant retention strategies through proactive communication and relationship building
- Prepare comprehensive reports on tenant satisfaction metrics and property conditions
- Collaborate with leasing teams to optimize occupancy rates and minimize vacancies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in tenant relations or property management
- Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in property management software (e.g., MRI, Yardi)
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Bahasa Indonesia
- Knowledge of Indonesian property regulations and tenant rights
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in high-pressure situations
- Certification in Property Management (optional but preferred)
