Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle commercial leasing processes including marketing vacant spaces, conducting tenant screenings, and negotiating lease agreements
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing tenants to ensure high occupancy rates and satisfaction
- Monitor tenant compliance with lease terms and mall regulations, resolving issues promptly
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop tenant attraction strategies and promotional events
- Prepare comprehensive leasing reports and market analysis for senior management
- Conduct regular property tours for potential tenants highlighting key features and amenities
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to adjust leasing strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial leasing or tenant relations
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with proven client relationship abilities
- Proficiency in property management software and MS Office suite
- Knowledge of local commercial real estate market and regulations
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Results-driven mindset with experience meeting leasing targets
