Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance tenant retention and satisfaction across the property portfolio.
- Coordinate with internal maintenance, security, and cleaning teams to ensure all tenant issues are resolved effectively.
- Manage the tenant move-in and move-out processes, ensuring all administrative and operational documentation is complete.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure property standards, common area cleanliness, and tenant compliance with building regulations.
- Plan and execute tenant engagement events or communication campaigns to foster a sense of community.
- Maintain accurate tenant records and prepare monthly reports on occupancy rates and satisfaction metrics.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in tenant relations, property management, or customer experience roles.
- Strong working knowledge of lease agreements, property operations, and relevant local real estate regulations.
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
