- Optimize lease agreements and renewal terms to maximize profitability and tenant satisfaction
- Ensure strict compliance with lease contracts, mall policies, and regulatory requirements
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with diverse tenant portfolio
- Proactively address tenant concerns and resolve operational issues within SLAs
- Conduct regular tenant performance reviews and implement improvement strategies
- Coordinate cross-departmental initiatives including marketing campaigns and facility upgrades
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Prepare comprehensive reports on tenant occupancy, revenue performance, and relationship health
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in tenant relations, property management, or retail leasing
- Proven track record in negotiating commercial leases and resolving tenant disputes
- Deep understanding of Philippine real estate laws, zoning regulations, and compliance standards
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
- Strong analytical abilities with experience in tenant performance metrics
- Proficiency in property management software and MS Office Suite
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced retail environment
