Tanggung Jawab
- Act as primary point of contact for tenant inquiries, concerns, and requests
- Facilitate lease agreements, renewals, and terminations with precision
- Conduct regular tenant check-ins and property inspections
- Organize community engagement events and tenant appreciation programs
- Coordinate maintenance schedules and resolve facility issues
- Document tenant interactions and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with security and housekeeping teams for seamless operations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years experience in tenant relations or property management
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal)
- Proficiency with property management software and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional conflict resolution and negotiation skills
- Strong attention to detail with organizational abilities
- Customer-focused mindset with patience and empathy
- Knowledge of local real estate regulations and compliance standards
