Tanggung Jawab
- Build and maintain positive relationships with all mall tenants
- Handle and resolve tenant inquiries, complaints, and concerns promptly
- Facilitate regular communication between tenants and mall management
- Monitor tenant satisfaction and implement improvement initiatives
- Coordinate with other departments to address tenant needs effectively
- Conduct regular tenant visits to ensure compliance with mall regulations
- Assist in the onboarding process for new tenants
- Prepare and maintain tenant relationship documentation and reports
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in tenant relations, customer service, or retail management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with property management software is a plus
