Tanggung Jawab
- Source and identify relevant tender opportunities through market research and industry networks
- Prepare comprehensive tender submissions aligned with client requirements and company capabilities
- Manage end-to-end documentation lifecycle, including drafting, proofreading, and archiving
- Coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary data, pricing, and compliance materials
- Ensure timely submission of all tender documents while maintaining quality standards
- Monitor tender outcomes and maintain updated records of bid submissions and results
- Assist in developing standardized templates and guidelines for future tender processes
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in tender administration or procurement support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with advanced document formatting skills
- Exceptional attention to detail with ability to manage complex documentation requirements
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
