Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end tendering process, including tracking deadlines, document collection, and final submission.
- Collaborate with technical teams to gather necessary information, data, and project references for proposals.
- Format and proofread tender documentation to ensure consistency, clarity, and strict compliance with client requirements.
- Maintain an organized database of proposal templates, case studies, and standard company documentation.
- Facilitate internal approval processes and ensure all stakeholders are aligned on submission timelines.
- Coordinate with vendors or partners where necessary for joint-venture or sub-consultancy bidding requirements.
- Conduct post-tender analysis to identify areas for improvement in future proposal submissions.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in tender management, proposal coordination, or corporate administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat.
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken, with a sharp eye for detail and grammar.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment.
- Experience in the environmental, engineering, or consultancy industry is highly preferred.
- Self-motivated professional with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
