Are you a strategic and detail-oriented Tender Manager with a strong background in Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) projects? In this role, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end tendering process, from initial client engagement to final proposal submission. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams, project managers, and commercial departments to ensure that all tender documentation is accurate, compliant, and competitive. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the preparation and submission of comprehensive M&E tender packages, including bills of quantities (BOQ) and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with internal engineering and commercial teams to analyze scope of works, estimate costs, and develop competitive pricing strategies.
- Conduct thorough research on market trends, competitor activities, and local regulations to ensure our proposals align with industry standards.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and subcontractors, to ensure clear communication throughout the tender lifecycle.
- Review tender queries and provide timely, accurate responses to ensure no risks or ambiguities remain before submission.
- Prepare high-quality visual presentations and tender reports that highlight the company’s expertise and past project successes.
- Monitor tender results and provide feedback to the sales and engineering teams to refine future proposal processes.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Tender Management or Quantity Surveying within the M&E construction industry.
- Relevant Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
- Strong understanding of Singapore's construction codes, standards, and tender evaluation criteria.
- Experience working on Data Centre or high-tech industrial projects is highly preferred.
- Excellent proficiency in MS Office Suite, with a working knowledge of tender management software (e.g., Procore, PlanRanger) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex technical drawings and engineering data.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
