Search Personnel is seeking a high-caliber Tender Manager to spearhead our industrial project bidding process. This is a pivotal role designed for a leader who excels in the full lifecycle of tender managementāfrom initial costing and technical evaluation to final award.
As our Tender Manager, you will be the cornerstone of our commercial success, ensuring that our bids for complex industrial projects are both competitive and technically sound. You will oversee the development of Bill of Quantities (BOQs), manage pricing strategies, and navigate intricate contract terms to secure high-value contracts. This role offers the opportunity to lead a dedicated team of estimators and collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to drive business growth in the competitive Singaporean industrial landscape.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee the entire M&E tender process from pre-qualification and costing to submission and final contract award.
- Prepare, review, and finalize comprehensive Bill of Quantities (BOQs) and detailed cost estimates for industrial projects.
- Source and negotiate with sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and high-quality material selection.
- Analyze tender documents, specifications, and drawings to identify potential risks and provide strategic mitigation solutions.
- Collaborate with the engineering and project management teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with project goals.
- Manage and mentor a team of quantity surveyors and tender executives to maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
- Conduct site visits and attend tender interviews/clarification meetings with clients and consultants.
- Perform comprehensive contract reviews and manage legal documentation during the pre-construction phase.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related Construction field.
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in M&E tender management, specifically within industrial or large-scale construction.
- In-depth knowledge of M&E systems, industrial project requirements, and Singapore construction regulations.
- Strong proficiency in tender estimation software (e.g., BCM) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven ability to lead a team and manage multiple complex tenders simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build relationships with external vendors and clients.
- Strong analytical skills with an eagle eye for detail in BOQ preparation and contract terms.
