We are seeking a highly skilled Tender Manager to lead cost estimation, tendering, and contract functions for high-spec industrial projects. This pivotal role involves developing competitive bids, managing tender documentation, and ensuring compliance with project specifications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including architectural and M&E specialists to deliver winning tenders that align with client requirements and business objectives. The position requires strategic thinking, meticulous attention to detail, and expertise in navigating complex tender processes within Singapore's dynamic construction sector.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end tender lifecycle management for architectural and M&E works in industrial projects
- Develop accurate cost estimates and pricing strategies for competitive bidding
- Prepare comprehensive tender documentation including technical specifications and contractual terms
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and subcontractors to gather necessary inputs
- Analyze tender requirements and ensure compliance with industry regulations
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform bidding strategies
- Manage post-tender negotiations and contract finalization processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in tender management within construction
- Proven expertise in cost estimation for architectural and M&E projects
- Strong knowledge of Singapore construction industry standards and regulations
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in project management (PMP/PRINCE2) preferred
- Proficiency in tender management software and MS Office Suite
