In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for crafting compelling proposals that effectively communicate our engineering capabilities and secure high-value contracts.
Our ideal candidate is a proactive professional with a strong understanding of the construction and engineering sectors. You will collaborate closely with technical teams, project managers, and stakeholders to gather essential information, develop innovative value propositions, and ensure every submission meets strict compliance standards and deadlines.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end proposal lifecycle, from initial request for proposal (RFP) analysis to final submission and follow-up.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, sales, finance) to compile technical data, budgets, and commercial terms.
- Develop innovative value propositions and pricing strategies that differentiate Accesstech Engineering in the market.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to tailor proposals specifically to client needs.
- Manage multiple concurrent proposals, ensuring high quality, accuracy, and strict adherence to project timelines.
- Review and edit all proposal content to ensure clarity, consistency, and grammatical excellence.
- Establish and maintain a repository of winning proposal templates and best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical proposal writing, bid management, or sales operations within the construction/engineering industry.
- Strong command of the English language with exceptional copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Proven track record of successfully winning tenders and managing complex projects under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, and proposal management software (e.g., Qorus, Salesforce, or similar).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, persuasive narratives.
