Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end tender processes including preparation, submission, and post-tender documentation
- Prepare bills of quantities and cost estimates for fire protection systems
- Coordinate with project teams and suppliers to ensure tender compliance
- Analyze tender specifications and contracts for technical and commercial accuracy
- Maintain tender databases and track project budgets against estimates
- Collaborate with procurement to source competitive materials and services
- Prepare monthly progress reports for management review
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of tender administration experience in fire protection
- Proficiency in tender management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills with attention to numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Familiarity with Singapore construction industry standards
- Certification in QS or fire safety is advantageous
