Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and submit accurate competitive tenders and cost estimates for construction projects
- Analyze tender documents, drawings, and specifications to determine scope and requirements
- Conduct market research and cost analysis for materials, labor, and equipment
- Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure tender compliance
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with tender submissions
- Review subcontractor and supplier quotations for competitiveness
- Maintain tender documentation and historical cost databases
- Provide post-tender analysis and recommendations for future bids
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in tender preparation for construction projects
- Proficiency in cost estimation software and MS Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of Singapore construction regulations and standards
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
- Certification in quantity surveying (e.g., RICS) is advantageous
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
