Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for construction estimation and commercial success? Our client, a growing player in the Singapore construction industry, is seeking a motivated Tender Quantity Surveyor to join their team in the Tai Seng area. In this role, you will be the backbone of our commercial operations, supporting the Contracts Manager in ensuring that every bid we submit is accurate, competitive, and strategically sound.
As a Tender Quantity Surveyor, you will dive deep into architectural and engineering drawings, analyze market material costs, and prepare comprehensive tender packages. We are looking for an individual who is not only technically proficient but also highly organized, capable of meeting tight deadlines, and eager to contribute to the company's growth through successful project acquisition. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and submit accurate, competitive tender packages for various construction projects.
- Perform detailed quantity take-offs from architectural, structural, and M&E drawings.
- Coordinate with sub-contractors and suppliers to obtain and compare market-competitive quotations.
- Assist the Contracts Manager in risk assessment and margin analysis during the pre-tender stage.
- Attend tender briefings, site visits, and clarify project requirements with stakeholders.
- Maintain comprehensive records of tender documentation and revisions.
- Support the post-tender clarification process and assist in final negotiations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in a Quantity Surveying or Estimating role within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Strong analytical skills with an exceptional eye for detail and numbers.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and relevant construction software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tender deadlines concurrently.
