Ltd. is currently seeking a highly skilled Tender Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team in the Central Region. As a key player in our pre-contract department, you will be responsible for providing accurate cost estimates, analyzing tender requirements, and ensuring the commercial success of our upcoming projects.
We are looking for a proactive professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and possesses the technical expertise to translate complex tender documents into winning bids. In this role, you will work closely with our engineering and project management teams to define the scope of work and establish competitive pricing strategies that align with company goals.
Tanggung Jawab
- Thoroughly analyze tender documents, including drawings, specifications, and bills of quantities to identify scope and potential risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive work plans and define project extent.
- Prepare precise cost estimates and take-offs for tender submissions to ensure competitive and profitable pricing.
- Manage the procurement process by sourcing and evaluating quotations from sub-contractors and suppliers.
- Attend site visits and pre-tender meetings to clarify project requirements and assess site conditions.
- Prepare and submit detailed tender responses within strict deadlines while maintaining high standards of accuracy.
- Support the senior management team in post-tender negotiations and contract administration.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in a tender or project-based Quantity Surveying role, preferably within the Singapore construction market.
- Strong understanding of local building regulations, standard forms of contract (e.g., SIA, PSSCOC), and construction methodology.
- Proficiency in take-off software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent analytical, numerical, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- A proactive team player with a high level of integrity and professional ethics.
