Tanggung Jawab
- End-to-end tender lifecycle management from pre-qualification to submission
- Develop persuasive bid documents aligned with client specifications and RFPs
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and technical teams for proposal integration
- Analyze market trends and competitor landscapes to inform bidding strategies
- Ensure strict adherence to procurement regulations and company policies
- Monitor tender performance metrics and optimize processes for efficiency
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and procurement partners
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in tender management or procurement
- Proficiency in Indonesian and English documentation and communication
- Advanced analytical skills with attention to detail in complex proposals
- Experience with bid management software and MS Office Suite
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities
- Certification in procurement/tender management (e.g., CIPS) preferred
