Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and maintain tender/e-procurement platforms (CIVD SKK Migas, SMART GEP, K3S SKK Migas)
- Monitor tender announcements and identify relevant business opportunities
- Prepare, review, and submit compliant tender documentation
- Coordinate with internal departments for document collection and verification
- Ensure adherence to procurement regulations and company policies
- Track tender submission status and maintain comprehensive records
- Analyze tender requirements and develop competitive bidding strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, or related field
- Minimum 2 years operating tender/e-procurement platforms
- Proficiency with CIVD SKK Migas, SMART GEP, and K3S SKK Migas systems
- Deep understanding of Indonesian procurement regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
