Tanggung Jawab
- Provide accurate, ethical, and up-to-date medical information about company products to healthcare professionals
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare providers in the assigned territory
- Conduct regular product training sessions and educational seminars for medical professionals
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and performance metrics
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product availability and customer satisfaction
- Represent the company at medical conferences and industry events
- Adhere to all ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements in healthcare promotion
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Medical Technology, or related healthcare field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, or healthcare territory management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build professional relationships
- Strong product knowledge and ability to understand complex medical information
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales management tools
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
