We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Manager to lead the sales and adoption of cutting-edge MedTech solutions within the Singapore healthcare sector. This pivotal role focuses on advanced therapeutics and AI-driven intervention platforms, bridging the gap between innovative technology and clinical stakeholders. You will be responsible for driving the growth of our integrated solutions, ensuring they deliver measurable value to clinicians and improve patient outcomes.
As the Territory Manager, you will develop and execute strategic sales plans to maximize market penetration. Your expertise in wound care and medical interventions will be essential as you engage with key decision-makers, including surgeons, hospital administrators, and procurement officers. You will conduct in-depth product demonstrations and training sessions to educate end-users on our advanced AI platforms. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of medical technologies and the ability to translate complex clinical benefits into business value. You will navigate the competitive landscape of Singapore's private and public healthcare institutions, building lasting partnerships that drive revenue and adoption.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth for advanced MedTech solutions and AI platforms.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including clinicians, surgeons, and hospital administrators.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to educate end-users on integrated wound care and therapeutic technologies.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D and product management, to address customer feedback and improve product offerings.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in wound care treatments and AI in healthcare.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorβs degree in Nursing, Medicine, Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in MedTech sales, Medical Device Sales, or Healthcare Consulting.
- Proven track record of successfully selling complex medical devices or therapeutic solutions in a hospital setting.
- Strong understanding of wound care treatments, clinical intervention protocols, and surgical workflows.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the territory.
