Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to maximize revenue growth across the APAC territory.
- Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities within the industrial sector.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention and loyalty.
- Conduct regular market research to understand industry trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
- Travel regularly to meet clients and attend industry trade shows and networking events.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust tactics to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of at least 3-5 years in sales, preferably within the industrial or consumer products sector.
- Strong understanding of the APAC market dynamics and commercial landscape.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (and local languages).
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.
