Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and optimize assigned territories to maximize sales performance and market coverage.
- Execute sales strategies and campaigns to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and retailers in the region.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt strategies.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, brand standards, and service level agreements.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in sales, territory management, or retail operations.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Familiarity with the Central Luzon region is highly preferred.
