Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers in the assigned territory
- Actively promote and sell company products to meet and exceed sales targets
- Conduct regular territory visits to ensure product availability and proper merchandising
- Manage and collect payments from customers in a timely and professional manner
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to market expansion
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional activities in the territory
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma, bachelor's degree in business or related field is preferred
- Previous experience in sales, collections, or retail operations is advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles for collections activities
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with the Padalarang and surrounding areas is beneficial
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and sales reporting tools
