Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets within the La Union and Pangasinan territory.
- Identify and prospect new business leads, including retail partners, distributors, and institutional clients.
- Conduct regular site visits to existing clients to ensure product availability, optimal shelf placement, and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to provide actionable insights for sales strategy adjustments.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the region.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery and inventory accuracy for your accounts.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews for management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of proven experience in field sales, trade merchandising, or territory management, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market insights.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time efficiently across assigned territories.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Must be willing to travel extensively within La Union and Pangasinan.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license is highly preferred.
