As an Assistant Manager, you will collaborate closely with academic stakeholders, faculty deans, and senior leadership to identify, attract, and secure top-tier academic and administrative talent. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end talent acquisition process for academic, research, and executive-level positions within tertiary education.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies utilizing job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct headhunting.
- Partner with academic department heads and hiring managers to understand their specific talent needs and provide consultative recruitment solutions.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to map out talent pools and identify industry trends in higher education recruitment.
- Manage and nurture candidate pipelines, ensuring a highly engaging and positive experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and talent analytics to generate insights, track hiring metrics, and optimize recruitment efficiency.
- Participate in career fairs, networking events, and campus recruitment initiatives to enhance employer branding and talent outreach.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorβs Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3β5 years of specialized experience in talent acquisition, executive search, or recruitment consulting, preferably within the education or public sector.
- Proven track record in active sourcing and talent research, with expertise in utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean search strings.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior academic and administrative leaders.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics platforms.
- Highly organized, analytical, and capable of managing multiple recruitment drives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
