Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies, plans, and documentation
- Lead and mentor QA teams, assigning tasks and monitoring performance metrics
- Design and execute manual and automated test cases for web/mobile applications
- Collaborate with development teams to identify defects and ensure timely resolution
- Manage test environments and tools (Selenium, JIRA, TestRail)
- Report on testing progress, risks, and quality metrics to stakeholders
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in software testing with 2+ years in management
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and automation frameworks
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development processes
- Certification in ISTQB or similar testing qualification preferred
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in defect tracking and test management systems
