In this pivotal role, you will act as the vital link between our development teams, QA engineers, and business stakeholders, ensuring that our software solutions meet the highest standards of performance and usability.
You will take ownership of the SIT (System Integration Testing) and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) cycles, managing the end-to-end defect lifecycle. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and coordinate comprehensive SIT and UAT cycles to ensure production readiness.
- Manage the entire defect lifecycle in JIRA, from initial identification and logging to verification and closure.
- Facilitate effective communication channels between cross-functional teams including Developers, QA, and Business Users.
- Prepare and execute detailed test plans, scenarios, and scripts tailored to business requirements.
- Monitor and report on testing progress, risks, and roadblocks to project management and stakeholders.
- Analyze defect trends to identify recurring issues and suggest proactive process improvements.
- Support business users during UAT sessions to ensure a smooth transition from testing to deployment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in software testing, specifically focusing on SIT and UAT.
- Proficiency in JIRA or similar project management and defect-tracking tools.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical gaps.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced contract environment.
