Megawide is seeking a dedicated Testing and Commissioning (T&C) Engineer MEPF to join our dynamic team in Paranaque. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the rigorous planning, execution, and continuous monitoring of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Firefighting (MEPF) systems. We are looking for an expert who ensures all installations operate in perfect harmony with industry standards and safety regulations.
As a T&C Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the final stages of our projects, verifying that complex systems function efficiently before handover. You will act as a bridge between the construction team and the operational requirements, ensuring that every systemâfrom high-voltage electrical panels to complex HVAC layoutsâmeets the highest quality benchmarks. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and execute comprehensive testing procedures for all MEPF systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection.
- Monitor system performance to ensure strict compliance with local building codes (NSCP) and international standards.
- Prepare and maintain detailed test reports, commissioning data, and punch lists.
- Coordinate closely with project managers, contractors, and other engineering disciplines to resolve integration issues.
- Identify and troubleshoot technical anomalies during the commissioning phase.
- Ensure all on-site safety protocols and quality assurance measures are strictly followed.
- Conduct site inspections to verify installation accuracy and functionality.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Valid Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification.
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in Testing and Commissioning of MEPF systems in construction projects.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and regulations (e.g., ISO, NEC, local fire codes).
- Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Revit, and other engineering documentation software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
