Megawide, a premier engineering and construction company in the Philippines, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Testing and Commissioning Supervisor (MEPF) to oversee the commissioning of critical building systems for a landmark project in Parañaque City.
In this pivotal leadership role, you will be responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and monitoring of all Testing and Commissioning (T&C) activities for Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection (MEPF) systems. You will ensure that every system operates flawlessly, meets stringent design specifications, complies with local and international codes, and is delivered seamlessly to the client.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive Testing and Commissioning (T&C) plans and schedules for all MEPF systems (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection).
- Supervise and manage a team of T&C engineers, technicians, and subcontractors on site.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders (clients, consultants, contractors) to align T&C activities with project milestones.
- Conduct rigorous functional and performance testing of MEPF equipment (HVAC, electrical switchgears, pumps, fire alarms, etc.).
- Review design documents, shop drawings, and specifications to identify potential commissioning risks and optimize system integration.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of all T&C activities including checklists, test reports, and punch lists.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system-level start-up and performance issues effectively.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards throughout the commissioning phase.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME), Electrical Engineering (BSEE), or a related field.
- Professional License (PME, PEE) is strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of direct experience in MEPF testing and commissioning within the construction industry.
- Proven track record in commissioning large-scale commercial, residential, or mixed-use developments.
- In-depth knowledge of MEPF systems, controls, and Building Management Systems (BMS).
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities under pressure.
- Must be willing to work full-time on-site in Parañaque City.
