Tanggung Jawab
- Provide personalized consultation to customers on sleep wellness and product selection.
- Maintain in‑depth knowledge of JYSK product range including mattresses, bedding, and accessories.
- Achieve individual sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with the store team to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow‑ups in a timely manner.
- Conduct product demonstrations and maintain showroom displays.
- Process transactions and maintain accurate sales records.
- Adhere to company health and safety policies and scheduled shifts.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, sales, or a customer‑facing role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for health, wellness, and sleep quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends (Sundays and public holidays off).
- Professional demeanor and customer‑oriented attitude.
- Basic computer skills for transaction processing.
- Singapore citizens or permanent residents may be preferred.
