Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches
- Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to client needs and goals
- Assess and diagnose mental health conditions with cultural sensitivity
- Maintain accurate client documentation and confidential records
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive client care
- Provide crisis intervention and emergency support services
- Facilitate therapeutic workshops and wellness programs
- Stay current with therapeutic methodologies and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related mental health field
- Valid professional therapist license/certification in Indonesia
- Minimum 3 years of clinical therapy experience
- Strong diagnostic and assessment skills
- Expertise in multiple therapeutic modalities (CBT, psychodynamic, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Cultural competency and sensitivity to diverse client populations
- Commitment to ethical standards and confidentiality protocols
