Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of children with special needs to determine therapy requirements.
- Design and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to the specific developmental goals of each child.
- Perform therapeutic interventions and exercises to improve motor skills, sensory processing, and cognitive abilities.
- Monitor and document the child's progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to provide updates and educate them on home-based therapy techniques.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, teachers, and social workers as part of a holistic care team.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized therapy environment.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience working with children, specifically those with special needs or developmental delays.
- Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques and child development milestones.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with children and families.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping children reach their full potential.
- Valid professional certification or license (where applicable).
- Ability to work full-time and handle a caseload of patients.
