Tanggung Jawab
- Assist qualified therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients with various conditions
- Prepare therapy equipment and treatment areas according to patient needs and safety protocols
- Monitor patient progress during therapy sessions and report observations to supervising therapists
- Provide direct support to patients during therapeutic exercises and activities
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of therapy sessions
- Ensure therapy equipment is properly maintained and sanitized
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Participate in team meetings and continuing education opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Therapy Assistance, Allied Health, or related field
- Basic understanding of therapeutic techniques and patient care principles
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
- Physical ability to assist patients with mobility and exercises
- Basic computer skills for documentation purposes
- CPR certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
