In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with physiotherapists and occupational therapists to support rehabilitation programs, ensuring patients achieve the best possible recovery outcomes. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist physiotherapists and occupational therapists in delivering patient treatment plans and rehabilitation exercises.
- Monitor patient progress during sessions and provide timely feedback to the medical team regarding response to therapy.
- Prepare and maintain therapy equipment, ensuring all safety standards and hygiene protocols are strictly followed.
- Escort patients to and from therapy sessions, ensuring their comfort, safety, and dignity throughout the process.
- Document patient activities, vital signs, and treatment notes accurately and promptly in electronic health records.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic therapy room environment.
- Offer emotional support and encouragement to patients throughout their recovery journey.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Therapy Assistance, Allied Health, or a related healthcare field.
- Previous experience working as a Therapy Assistant or in a hospital setting is preferred.
- Strong understanding of basic anatomy and physiology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine patient-centric approach.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is an added advantage.
- Valid Singapore Work Pass (if applicable).
