Tanggung Jawab
- Assist licensed therapists in conducting patient treatment plans and therapeutic exercises.
- Monitor patient progress and document therapy sessions accurately and timely.
- Prepare treatment rooms and maintain medical equipment hygiene and safety standards.
- Provide emotional support and guidance to patients during rehabilitation exercises.
- Collaborate effectively with nurses, doctors, and other healthcare professionals.
- Manage patient records and update medical histories as required by the organization.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or certification in a relevant therapy or healthcare discipline is preferred.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with patients and staff.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment.
- Compassionate nature and a genuine interest in patient welfare.
