Tanggung Jawab
- Assist licensed therapists in implementing treatment plans and therapy sessions
- Prepare therapy equipment, materials, and treatment areas for patient sessions
- Monitor patient progress and document observations accurately
- Provide direct support to patients during therapy exercises and activities
- Ensure therapy environments are safe, clean, and compliant with healthcare standards
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient care
- Participate in training sessions to enhance therapy techniques and protocols
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Certificate in Therapy Assistance, Allied Health, or related field
- Basic knowledge of therapy procedures and equipment handling
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for patient interaction
- Ability to follow precise instructions and maintain detailed records
- Physically capable of assisting patients and handling therapy equipment
- Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and ethical standards
- Valid work authorization for Singapore (Singaporean/PR preferred)
