As a Therapy Associate, you will play a pivotal role in the recovery journey of our patients, working alongside a passionate team of expert clinicians, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist therapists in the delivery of therapeutic interventions and rehabilitation programs for patients.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain clinical therapy equipment and treatment areas to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.
- Facilitate the movement of patients to and from therapy sessions, ensuring comfort and safety at all times.
- Monitor patient progress during routine exercises and report observations to the lead clinician.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient attendance records and inventory levels for therapy supplies.
- Support the multidisciplinary team in departmental administrative tasks and operational workflows.
- Educate patients and their caregivers on basic therapeutic techniques and safe home practices.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' Level, NITEC, or Diploma in a related healthcare or social services discipline.
- Prior experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting is highly advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a heart for serving patients.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Proactive, reliable, and able to multitask in a busy hospital setting.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills for documentation and record-keeping.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new clinical protocols and safety guidelines.
