Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct high-energy live streaming sessions on TikTok to promote brand products consistently.
- Maintain high viewer engagement through interactive storytelling, answering comments, and addressing audience inquiries in real-time.
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage effectively to convert viewers into buyers.
- Execute creative sales strategies and promotional campaigns during live sessions to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Manage the live production setup to ensure professional lighting, sound, and visual presentation.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align live content with broader promotional calendars and trends.
- Monitor and analyze live stream performance metrics to continuously improve future engagement and sales.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in live streaming, content creation, or sales (specifically within the TikTok ecosystem is a strong plus).
- Proven ability to speak confidently and persuasively on camera for extended periods.
- Strong understanding of TikTok Shop features, trends, and algorithm dynamics.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with a stable internet connection and high-quality equipment.
- Excellent communication skills with a vibrant, outgoing, and professional personality.
- Target-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving daily and weekly sales KPIs.
- Adaptable to flexible working hours, including weekends or peak shopping hours when required.
