Tanggung Jawab
- Host live streaming sessions on TikTok and Shopee platforms to promote products effectively.
- Engage with viewers in real-time, answering questions, managing comments, and building rapport.
- Showcase product features and benefits to drive sales conversions and increase average order value.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute exciting live show themes and promotions.
- Monitor performance metrics and viewer engagement data to optimize future content.
- Maintain a high-energy, positive, and professional persona throughout broadcasts.
- Prepare demo materials and ensure product inventory is ready before streaming sessions begin.
Kualifikasi
- Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to engage with audiences.
- Previous experience in live hosting, acting, or public speaking is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with TikTok and Shopee Live features is preferred.
- Strong sales orientation and the ability to upsell products naturally.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant degree in marketing or media is an advantage.
