- Develop and execute strategic KOL partnership programs to enhance brand visibility and engagement metrics
- Design data-driven TikTok campaigns focused on GMV growth and conversion optimization
- Identify and secure new market expansion opportunities through platform-specific growth hacking techniques
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align TikTok initiatives with overall business objectives
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies in real-time to maximize ROI
- Monitor TikTok algorithm updates and industry trends to maintain competitive advantage
- Build and maintain relationships with top-tier Indonesian KOLs and content creators
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in business development, digital marketing, or social media partnerships
- Proven track record of executing successful KOL campaigns on TikTok or similar platforms
- Strong analytical skills with experience in interpreting GMV, engagement, and conversion data
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities with influencer networks
- Deep understanding of TikTok's advertising ecosystem, including Spark Ads and TopView
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English; proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous
