Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, digital marketing, or social media partnerships
  • Proven track record of executing successful KOL campaigns on TikTok or similar platforms
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in interpreting GMV, engagement, and conversion data
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities with influencer networks
  • Deep understanding of TikTok's advertising ecosystem, including Spark Ads and TopView
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English; proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous
