PT Haiquan Trading Indonesia is looking for a dynamic and results-driven TikTok Creator Operations (MCN & TAP Specialist) to join our team in Jakarta Selatan. In this role, you will be the bridge between our company and top-tier content creators, helping to cultivate partnerships and optimize performance within the MCN (Multi-Channel Network) and TAP (TikTok Affiliate Program) frameworks.
We are looking for someone who stays ahead of TikTok trends, understands the nuances of short-form video content, and possesses the communication skills to recruit and retain high-potential talent. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, contact, and recruit high-potential TikTok creators to join our MCN and TAP programs.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with creators to ensure consistent high-quality content output.
- Provide operational support and training to creators on TikTok platform best practices, including live streaming and affiliate marketing strategies.
- Monitor and analyze creator performance data to optimize campaign success and maximize ROI.
- Execute daily operations related to affiliate product matching and creator partnership management.
- Collaborate with the internal marketing team to align creator content with brand campaigns.
- Keep up-to-date with TikTok platform algorithm updates, features, and trending viral content.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management, influencer marketing, or creator operations (MCN experience is a strong plus).
- Deep understanding of the TikTok ecosystem, including TikTok Shop, Affiliate programs, and Live streaming features.
- Proven ability to identify and negotiate with content creators.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively in both formal and informal settings.
- Data-driven mindset with basic proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for performance tracking.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong command of Bahasa Indonesia and proficient English communication skills.
