Tanggung Jawab

  • Monitor and record employee attendance, work hours, and absences using timekeeping systems and software
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee time records and attendance logs
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly attendance reports for management review
  • Coordinate with HR and payroll departments to ensure timely and accurate processing of timesheets
  • Address and resolve timekeeping discrepancies, time errors, and employee queries
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations regarding work hours and overtime
  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of timekeeping equipment and systems
  • Support administrative tasks and provide general office assistance as needed

Kualifikasi

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
  • Previous experience in timekeeping, payroll, or administrative support roles is an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Effective communication skills in English and Filipino
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws and company policies regarding attendance
  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant vocational training or certification is a plus
