The Kings Group is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Timekeeper to join our dynamic team in Quezon City. As a Timekeeper, you will play a crucial role in our organization by ensuring accurate attendance tracking, efficient payroll management, and providing essential HR support. We are looking for someone with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in timekeeping software and systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of employee attendance, processing time sheets, calculating overtime, and assisting with payroll preparation. You will also serve as a point of contact for employees regarding time-related inquiries and HR documentation.
This full-time position comes with a competitive salary ranging from ₱21,000 to ₱30,000 per month, along with a comprehensive benefits package. Tanggung Jawab
- Accurately track and record employee attendance using timekeeping systems and software
- Process and maintain time sheets, ensuring proper calculation of regular hours, overtime, and leave entitlements
- Assist in the preparation of payroll data by providing accurate attendance records
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding attendance policies, timekeeping procedures, and payroll-related matters
- Maintain organized and confidential records of all attendance and timekeeping documentation
- Collaborate with HR department to ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
- Identify and address discrepancies in attendance records and time reporting
- Support HR initiatives related to workforce management and time optimization
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in Business Administration, HR Management, or related field is a plus
- Previous experience in timekeeping, attendance tracking, or payroll administration preferred
- Proficiency in timekeeping software, spreadsheets, and office applications
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and record-keeping skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to working hours and overtime
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines
