Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and record employee attendance and working hours using digital timekeeping systems
- Process and reconcile time records to ensure payroll accuracy
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in employee time logs
- Generate attendance reports for management review
- Implement and maintain timekeeping policies and procedures
- Collaborate with HR to address attendance-related issues
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations regarding working hours
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in timekeeping or payroll administration
- Proficiency in timekeeping software and MS Office applications
- Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks
