- Accurately record and track employee working hours using timekeeping systems
- Maintain and update attendance records in compliance with company policies
- Prepare and submit payroll-related documentation for processing
- Monitor overtime hours and ensure adherence to labor regulations
- Collaborate with HR and finance departments to resolve payroll discrepancies
- Generate regular attendance and time reports for management review
- Ensure all timekeeping records are securely maintained and confidential
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience as Timekeeper or similar payroll role
- Proficiency in timekeeping software and MS Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and payroll regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
