In this role, you'll meticulously track employee hours, attendance, and work schedules to ensure seamless payroll processing. Your attention to detail will guarantee accurate timekeeping records while maintaining strict compliance with company policies and labor regulations. You'll collaborate closely with HR and finance teams to resolve discrepancies, manage overtime calculations, and maintain organized timekeeping documentation. Tanggung Jawab
- Accurately record and monitor employee attendance, work hours, and schedule adherence
- Process and maintain timekeeping data in compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Calculate and verify overtime, leave balances, and time-off requests
- Generate payroll reports and attendance summaries for management review
- Collaborate with HR and payroll departments to resolve timekeeping discrepancies
- Maintain secure and organized timekeeping records for audit purposes
- Implement and improve timekeeping processes to enhance operational efficiency
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Proven experience in timekeeping, payroll, or administrative support roles
- Proficiency in timekeeping software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks) and MS Office applications
- Strong attention to detail with excellent numerical accuracy skills
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and timekeeping compliance standards
- Exceptional organizational abilities and time management skills
- Effective communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
