- Conduct thorough research on property titles, ownership records, and legal documents to support title processing.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation for Title Advisors, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Review and verify legal documents including deeds, contracts, and title abstracts for compliance and consistency.
- Collaborate with Title Advisors to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely document processing.
- Maintain organized digital and physical records of all title-related activities and communications.
- Assist in coordinating with external parties such as attorneys, clients, and government agencies.
- Support compliance with real estate regulations and industry standards in all title-related processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Paralegal Studies, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Previous experience in title processing, real estate administration, or legal documentation preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail with proven ability to identify discrepancies in complex documents.
- Strong research skills with proficiency in public records databases and legal research tools.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document management systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear stakeholder interactions.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently with strong time management and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of real estate laws and title regulations in the Philippines is advantageous.
