Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for investigative research? PT Bukit Silikon Indonesia is seeking a highly analytical Title Research Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will leverage Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) techniques to conduct in-depth property and land title research within the United States market.
As a Title Research Analyst, you will play a critical role in navigating complex public records and digital databases to verify ownership, identify encumbrances, and provide actionable intelligence. The ideal candidate possesses an investigative mindset, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to synthesize large volumes of data into clear, accurate reports. Whether you are navigating property tax records or uncovering historical title transfers, your work will directly impact our strategic decision-making process.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive OSINT research to verify ownership of land, buildings, and commercial properties in the U.S.
- Analyze complex public records, county clerk databases, and digital mapping tools.
- Identify potential title issues, including liens, easements, or ownership discrepancies.
- Prepare detailed research reports that synthesize findings for management review.
- Collaborate with international teams to maintain high standards of data accuracy and compliance.
- Continuously refine search strategies to improve the efficiency and quality of investigative processes.
- Stay updated on the latest OSINT tools, platforms, and legal databases relevant to U.S. real estate research.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Library Science, Information Technology, Law, or a related field.
- Proven experience in research, data analysis, or a background in OSINT/investigative intelligence.
- Strong command of English, with the ability to interpret technical legal and property documents.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to spot anomalies in large datasets.
- Proficiency in using web-based research tools and digital archiving platforms.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting strict deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming information gaps.
